On October 9th 2011 my Dad and I went to Cataloochee, NC to try to see an Elk. Wow! I was impressed... having never seen one in person and not knowing how big they are. We also saw more than just one or a few. They were everywhere. Great trip, I want to stay over there a few days maybe in the spring or next fall.
