On October 10th 2011 Amy and I decided to head over to Asheville, NC and go north on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Niether of us had ever been and wanted to see what it was like, and we look forward to another time when we can go and stay at a few places and spend more time traveling and hiking the area up into Virginia. Beautiful country. My only complaint (if you consider it that) is I would have liked a little more blue sky and a little less cloud cover. But hey.... I still enjoyed the beauty...
